The ability of the mind to withstand stressful situations and overcome adversity is paramount to the success of the individual. Our resolve will inevitably be tested when we least expect it.

As a first responder, I had to have a plan to make critical life or death decisions in real time. There was no second guessing or phoning a friend. In those moments you have to have a plan or you end up falling back regressive habits. I’ve helped many clients conquer the difficulties associated with making high-consequence decisions under pressure. We will develop a response plan in your mind before the emergency hits. The framework that I use is priorities -> strategic objectives -> tactics -> tasks.
